Tamayo is an expression of Chef Richard Sandoval's deep-rooted love for Mexican cuisine, inspired by his abuela and shaped by his childhood in Mexico City. Since opening in 2001, Tamayo has become a longtime fixture of Denver's historic Larimer Square, bringing Chef Sandoval's approach to modern Mexican cooking to the heart of downtown Denver.
